The Role

Applications for the 2026 Internship Programme have now closed, but you can register your interest to receive updates about the 2027 opportunities as soon as they become available.

The internship programme lasts for 13 months, providing hands-on experience within a professional environment. You’ll work on real business challenges while developing technical knowledge, leadership skills and professional confidence through a structured learning journey designed to support your growth. Depending on the programme, you may also have the opportunity to experience different business functions through placement rotations.

You’ll receive regular support from the dedicated Placement Team, who will check in throughout your internship to ensure you have the tools, resources and confidence to succeed. Your Line Manager will provide day-to-day guidance, helping you settle into your role, build confidence and develop professionally. If your programme includes rotations, you’ll work with more than one manager, each supporting your development. 

You’ll also be matched with a Mentor who will provide career advice, share their experience and help you reflect on your personal and professional development. In addition, you’ll have a Buddy to help you settle into the business, meet colleagues and feel at home during your first few months.
