If you’re looking to complete a placement year with one of the world’s leading investment management firms, BlackRock’s 12-month Placement Programme offers the opportunity to gain meaningful experience while contributing to real business projects. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll develop practical skills, build your commercial awareness and gain valuable insight into the asset management industry. The programme is designed for students whose degree includes a year in industry and can provide a pathway to BlackRock’s Full-Time Analyst Programme after graduation.

The Role

BlackRock offers placement opportunities lasting 12 months for students graduating in 2029 whose degree requires a long-term internship.

During the placement, you will work closely with a specific team, contribute to meaningful projects, set and achieve objectives, and gain first-hand experience of BlackRock’s culture and ways of working. Throughout the programme, you will develop new skills while gaining valuable experience within the asset management industry.

• Following successful completion of the placement, you may be eligible to apply for BlackRock’s Full-Time Analyst Programme.
• Applicants may apply for only one student programme and select up to two business functions within that programme using a single application.
• Following submission of your application, you will be invited to complete a pre-interview assessment within five days.
