Graduate Event Sales Executive

A growing start-up that specialises in connecting senior-level executives across the intellectual property, learning and development and data sectors to drive their business forward.

Having grown from 4 to 20 people in less than two years, this company and going from strength to strength. They are looking for an ambitious graduate to join their delegate sales team ASAP, where you will be on-boarded into a comprehensive training scheme.

This is a fantastic role where you can progress very quickly throughout the sales team. You will be working on a number of different events throughout the year.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Speaking to C-level executives 
• Having in-depth discovery conversations with your clients over MS Teams to understand their business needs and establish a long-lasting relationship
• Selling the value of their events to gain attendees
• Attending your events
• Creating intelligent email campaigns

Training: World-class sales training which includes being trained by the CEO who has a wealth of experience in the events industry

Culture: Regular company nights out, meals and team activities. Regular international travel – recent team trips to Lisbon and Prague. 

What You Need:

• Strong communication skills
• A degree (or equivalent) in any subject
• A desire to work in a sales environment
