Senior Account Manager

This is a senior client services role on one of the biggest FMCG portfolios in the food and beverage sector – a globally recognised snacks and soft drinks business – held by a specialist B2B agency named with plenty of award wins and a ranking in the country’s top ten B2B agencies.

The Role
You own the day-to-day client relationship across a portfolio within the account, leading delegated projects end-to-end, across briefing, planning, execution, reporting, and evaluation. 

You’ll manage budgets, forecasting and account profitability against the agency’s gross profit targets, and you’ll support the Account Director in growing the account year on year.

Beyond delivery, the role is about commercial judgement: spotting opportunities within existing accounts, recommending added-value thinking, and holding your own in front of senior FMCG clients.

£40,000 – £45,000
Hybrid working: three days a week in the office

The Person
You’re a Senior Account Manager in a B2B or integrated agency, ideally with food, beverage, foodservice or FMCG experience – someone who understands trade and sales-enablement marketing, not just consumer brand work. 

You’re comfortable owning projects from brief to evaluation, managing budgets and account profitability, and already mentoring junior colleagues. You present with confidence to senior clients and carry the commercial acumen to lead a demanding account.
