Forklift Driver – Milton Keynes

Location: Milton Keynes
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £30,430.52 per annum
Hourly Rate: £13.88 (£15.26 per hour including shift allowance) 

Shift Pattern

• 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern
• 2 Days: 6:00am – 6:00pm
• 2 Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join our busy warehouse operation in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established team, offering a competitive salary and a great work-life balance with a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift truck to move, load and unload goods.
• Pick, put away and replenish stock accurately.
• Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to record stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Carry out daily equipment checks and report any faults.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
• Support general warehouse operations as required.

Essential Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck licence.
• Previous experience operating a forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Good working knowledge and experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating basis.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
