Warehouse Supervisor

Connect Appointments is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to join an established IT asset management business based in Redditch.

Our client operates a busy warehouse and operations facility in Redditch, offering a competitive salary, strong holiday entitlement and a clear remit to drive continuous improvement across the operation.

What’s on offer?

• Full-time permanent position
• Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week
• £28,000 to £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
• 32 days holiday per year

As a Warehouse Supervisor, your duties will include:

• Supporting the day-to-day running of warehousing, production and distribution operations
• Managing stock control and reconciling inventory with the warehouse management system
• Maintaining health, safety, hygiene and security standards across the facility
• Coaching, motivating and managing operational staff including conducting staff reviews
• Collaborating with warehouse managers to develop actionable plans for loss prevention and productivity
• Supporting warehouse administration and data input as required

To be considered as a Warehouse Supervisor, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 year’s experience in a warehouse supervisor or equivalent role
• Sound knowledge of 5S, WMS systems and warehouse administration
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• An IOSH Managing Safely qualification or similar H&S certification is advantageous
