Weâ€re seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Whiteley/Segensworth and play a pivotal role in our companyâ€s growth!

What Will You Do?
As our Resourcer, youâ€ll be the linchpin of our recruitment process, working closely with our Senior Consultant and interior team. Your mission:

• Source and profile candidates from our database and new platforms.
• Conduct daily candidate interviews (primarily over the phone).
• Prepare standout CVs and support live vacancy management.
• Build relationships with candidates, guiding them through our proven methodology.
• ️ Keep our CRM up-to-date with candidate profiles and activity.
• ✨ Maintain our high standards of service, aligned with our ethical, empathetic, and genuine values.

• Drive client leads through candidate engagement.

What Weâ€re Looking For:
Knowledge:

• Familiarity with recruitment and industry processes.
