Location: Bristol (excellent public transport links)

Salary: up to £32k

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH.

Overview:
Weâ€re seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team, specialising in senior-level permanent roles (£45k+ salaries) within Maintenance & Engineering. Youâ€ll be working with prestigious clients like Amazon and leading distribution centres, managing high-value placements, and building long-lasting relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• End-to-end 360 recruitment: sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in senior-level permanent roles.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients in the distribution and engineering sectors.
• Provide a consultative approach to both candidates and clients, offering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage your own desk and workload with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 yearâ€s 360 recruitment experience in any industry.
• Strong communication, organisation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without micro-management.
