The Role

You’ll focus on Software Engineering / Development recruitment across the US market:

• Building relationships with high-calibre candidates
• Partnering with fast-growing tech companies
• Managing full recruitment lifecycle
• Working directly with hiring managers & founders
• Owning and scaling your own market

What We’re Looking For

Experienced recruiter (any sector considered)
Ideally software / dev / engineering recruitment background
Confident, driven, commercially minded
Open to learning new markets
Hungry to earn and progress

Working hours:
Office-based 9:30 – 6:00 – Hybrid working for experienced recruiters
US market = some late evenings (up to 10pm)
No rigid shifts – performance-driven culture
