Location: Central Southampton
Salary: £26,500 – £28,000 (for Trainee Recruiters) + Commission
Job Type: Full-time, Office-based (with some remote flexibility)

About the Role

Are you looking for a dynamic career where you can make an impact in education while earning great commission? We’re hiring Trainee and Experienced Education Recruitment Consultants to help schools find top-tier teaching talent.

What You’ll Be Doing

360 Recruitment: Build relationships with schools, source candidates, and manage the full recruitment process.
Client Management: Work with existing school clients and develop new business.
Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, databases, and LinkedIn to find top educators.
Compliance: Ensure all safeguarding requirements (DBS & reference checks) are met.
Performance Tracking: Work towards KPIs (without micromanagement) and financial goals.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in teaching, SEND, sales, recruitment, or resourcing is a plus.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially within SEND schools.
A motivated and target-driven mindset—this is a commission-based role with high earning potential!

Working Hours

Term-time: Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM
School holidays: Reduced hours of 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
