£35,000 – £40,000 basic + uncapped commission
Higher salaries considered for highly experienced recruiters
Monday – Friday | 8am – 5:30pm flexibility on start and finish time

I’m working with a very well-established construction recruitment business with over 50 years in the market, looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their growing white-collar division.

This is a genuine opportunity to join a successful team with strong existing client relationships, repeat business, and plenty of room to develop your own market and desk.

The white-collar side of the business has grown significantly over the last 4 years and now turns over around £2 million annually.

They are looking for someone who:
Has recruitment experience
Enjoys business development and relationship building
Wants to run a full 360 desk
Still enjoys the buzz of recruitment
Wants to be part of a collaborative office environment

Construction recruitment experience would be ideal, but recruiters from other sectors will also be considered.
