Innovation / Legal Tech Manager

We are seeking a Senior Legal Technologist/ GenAI Adoption Lead to play a key role in driving the successful adoption and integration of innovative technologies across a leading international law firm.

The Opportunity

You will act as a trusted advisor to legal practice groups, helping them understand and embrace emerging technologies while ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives and client expectations.

The role combines legal technology expertise, stakeholder engagement, training, change management, and innovation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between legal professionals and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI and legal technology to address operational challenges, improve efficiency, and enhance client delivery.
• Partner with lawyers and knowledge teams to understand practice-specific workflows and identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvements.
• Drive the adoption of existing and emerging legal technology solutions through engagement, training, demonstrations, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with technology, innovation, training, and knowledge teams to ensure solutions meet business and client needs.
• Translate legal and business requirements into actionable technology solutions.
• Lead presentations, workshops, and client-facing discussions showcasing the value and benefits of legal technology and GenAI.Support change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation and sustained adoption.
• Monitor adoption, usage, and effectiveness of technology solutions, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and developments within the legal technology and AI landscape.
• Capture and share success stories, best practices, and case studies to promote innovation across the firm.

• We're interested in speaking with individuals who can demonstrate:Experience working within legal technology, legal operations, innovation, knowledge management, change management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of legal technology platforms and the rapidly evolving Generative AI landscape.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior professionals.
• Experience delivering training, workshops, or technology adoption programmes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical business outcomes.
