They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team in Staines, Surrey. The company will happily consider a trainee with a confident and outgoing personality, and who has gained valuable experience within a similar sales or customer focused industry. • Registering prospective purchasers
• Arranging and accompanying viewings
• Sales negotiation and progression
• Handling offers
• Overseeing the successful negotiation of the offer to a sale.

• Some experience as a residential sales negotiator would be advantageous, but is not essential
• Experience within a target driven sales environment
• Excellent face to face customer service skills
• The motivation to succeed
• A confident and professional manner
• Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Full clean UK driving licence and own car.

This sales negotiator position will come with a salary package of £20,000 to £27,000 depending on experience, plus a car allowance.
