If you are a driven, highly motivated senior lettings negotiator seeking a new challenge within a reputable company that offers fantastic career progression, then this could be the perfect role for you.

• Solid experience as a senior lettings negotiator
• Experience working in prime central London
• Excellent negotiating and rapport building skills
• High standards of service and professionalism
• IT literate
• Full UK driving licence.

As the senior lettings negotiator, you’ll be provided with a basic salary of c. £30,000, plus realistic on target earnings in the region of an attractive £70,000. You will also be provided with a car allowance.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm, and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays.
