A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our client’s friendly office in Wapping! They are looking for an individual who enjoys meeting people, is good on the phone and thrives working in a target driven and fast-paced environment.

To be considered, you will ideally have at least 1 years’ experience within residential sales and possess first-class customer service skills. If this sounds like you, please get in touch today!

• Experience within residential estate agency
• Enjoy meeting and greeting customers
• Have knowledge of the local area (desirable but not essential)
• Strong communications skills
• A professional telephone manner
• Assertive, confident and friendly
• Good time management skills
• A full UK driving licence.

The salary on offer will include a basic of up to £25,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience and performance.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9.30am to 6.30pm, Friday from 9.30am to 5pm and alternate Saturdays from 10am to 2pm.
