Paralegal – Family

Our client is a multi-award-winning firm, with a client-focused and friendly approach. They are experts in commercial and personal legal matters and are now seeking a Paralegal to provide legal support to the department fee earners and deal directly with clients

Salary: £25.3k

The Role

• Conduct meetings with clients, take instructions and advise where appropriate.
• Draft correspondence, documents and forms.
• Carry out legal research and produce findings for other fee earners and/or clients.
• Prepare bundles for conferences and court hearings and all other necessary admin support and assistance to other fee earners.
• Work as a team with other fee earners, the rest of the department and the firm as a whole.
• Be aware of, and keep up to date with, relevant developments in law and practice.
• Act in a cost-effective, efficient manner and in accordance with office procedures.
• Assist Compliance Officer for Legal Practice with regulatory duties

• LLB in Law
• Keyboard and ICT, including use of case management systems.
