Commercial Property Paralegal

Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience)
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Kingsgate Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established independent law firm based in Worcester, currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Paralegal to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with some experience in property law to develop their career within a supportive, friendly, and professional environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist solicitors in handling a range of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing

• Draft and prepare documents such as contracts, leases, and Land Registry forms

• Conduct legal research, due diligence, and title investigations

• Liaise with clients, solicitors, agents, and other third parties

• Manage files, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

• Provide administrative and case management support to fee earners

About You

• Previous experience as a Paralegal, ideally within commercial or residential property

• Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach

• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems

• Law degree or equivalent qualification preferred (LPC desirable but not essential)
