Property Paralegal

Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Kingsgate Recruitment is pleased to be working with a well-established and reputable law firm based in the Cranleigh area, seeking a dedicated and organised Property Paralegal to join their friendly and professional team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with experience or a keen interest in property law to develop their career within a supportive firm that values collaboration, client service, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support solicitors with residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and leasehold matters

• Draft and prepare legal documents, contracts, and correspondence

• Conduct searches, title checks, and Land Registry applications

• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties

• Maintain accurate file records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards

• Provide general administrative support to fee earners and assist in progressing cases efficiently

About You

• Previous experience as a Paralegal within residential or commercial property is highly desirable

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

• Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems

• Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

• Law degree or equivalent qualification preferred (LPC/SQE advantageous but not essential)
