An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Junior Paralegal / Legal Assistant / Trainee Solicitor to join a busy and supportive legal team within a well-established law firm.

This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their legal career within a hands-on support position, working closely alongside experienced fee earners and gaining exposure to a broad range of legal and administrative responsibilities.

The Role

Working under supervision, you will provide administrative and legal support to senior fee earners and assist with the day-to-day running of matters across the department. This position does not involve managing an independent caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting senior fee earners and partners with legal and administrative tasks
• Preparing client care correspondence and legal documentation
• Assisting with file creation and case administration
• Completing client questionnaires and routine forms
• Drafting court and legal documentation under supervision
• Attending routine hearings and assisting with note taking where required
• Handling routine client enquiries and communications
• Assisting with matter opening and completion processes
• Supporting the wider team with general office and case management duties
