Resolve Recruitment Services is recruiting for a Plant Supervisor on behalf of our client based in Bristol (BS10). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional looking to progress into a supervisory role with full training and long-term career development.
Working Hours
- 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Week 2: Monday to Friday, 1:30pm – 9:00pm
Salary & Benefits
- £38,000 per annum
- Overtime paid at time and a half
- Weekend work is very rare
- 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
- Christmas shutdown
- Full training provided
- Permanent, full-time position

The Role
As Plant Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will support the team, maintain productivity, and help drive continuous improvement within the operation.

- Strong organisational and communication skills
