We're recruiting for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join a successful team in Cromer, helping buyers and vendors through every stage of the sales process while developing your career within a thriving business.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Register buyers and match them with suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
• Progress property sales through to completion
• Generate new business opportunities and identify potential instructions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and solicitors
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets
• Keep CRM systems and property records up to date

Sales Negotiator Requirements:

• Previous experience within residential property sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a proactive and motivated approach
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
