Job title: Primary Teacher

First for Education are seeking a Primary Teacher to work at a large Primary School in Worcester, supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2). This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching across a number of year groups within a supportive and well-structured school environment.

The school has a strong focus on inclusive learning alongside support from a central Trust office, making it an excellent opportunity for a Primary Teacher looking to develop their practice and support children’s learning.

Primary Teacher role requirements:

– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
– Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum (KS1 and KS2)
– Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across all year groups
– Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
– A proactive and reflective approach to teaching
– Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
– Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply

The successful Primary Teacher will:

– Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum
– Differentiate teaching to meet a range of learning needs
– Monitor, assess and track pupil progress
– Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
– Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
– Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCO and leadership
