Concrete Operative

Net-Temps are recruiting for a well-established precast manufacturer in a rewarding and hands-on industry based in Darlington. Net-Temps are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Operative to support ongoing production.

Location: Darlington, DL10
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: 6am – 5pm Monday to Friday (potential overtime)

This role offers long-term, stable work with the opportunity to move from a temporary position into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

• Demoulding
• Cleaning and maintaining moulds as required
• Quality control on finished products
• Re setting moulds and installing reinforcements
• Pouring and finishing products to an excellent standard
• Looking after equipment and machinery
• Operating machinery when required
• Keeping work areas tidy
• Keeping on top of consumable and product stock levels.

• Own transport due to site location
