Nursery Manager – up to £45,000

We are recruiting a Nursery Manager to work for this newly opened Nursery based close to Exeter. The Nursery caters for up 95 children aged 3 months to 5 years and is part of a well respected Nursery group. There is onsite parking and the role is full time over 5 days. This is a very exciting role for an experienced manager

The role of Nursery Manager will include:

• Overseeing the day to day management of a nursery
• Supporting, coaching and mentoring staff
• Embedding and role modelling high quality practice
• Inspiring leader to a team of growing staff
• Building a high quality and happy place to be for both families and staff
• Growing the team to allow for more children to join

As the Nursery Manager you will need to have:

• Full and relevant early years qualification
• Previous experience as a Nursery Manager
• Drive and ambition to build a successful and happy nursery
• Able to embed high quality education and practice
• Excellent parent partnerships
• Positive can do attitude
• Drive to increase the size of the team to allow for FTE growth
