About the role
Job Title: Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Location: London
Rate: £230 p/day
Are you a Fire Alarm Service Engineer based in Exeter? We’re recruiting for an experienced engineer to carry out fire alarm and emergency lighting maintenance, non-technical checks, and remedial works across commercial properties in the area.
Description of contract/programme of works:
Service and maintenance of fire alarm systems
Emergency lighting checks and maintenance
AOV (Automatic Opening Vent) system checks
Minor remedial works following maintenance visits
Working independently across sites in Exeter
Experience required:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong fire alarm and emergency lighting background
Experience in carrying out routine maintenance and remedial works
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
DBS
Hand tools, power tools, fire test equipment
PPE
