About the role
Job Title: Fire Alarm Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 per annum
Technical Resources are working with a leading UK fire & security company who are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Project Manager. You will take full ownership of large-scale fire alarm projects, managing delivery from initial planning through to completion and handover.
This is a key position within a growing business, offering long-term progression and the opportunity to work on high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage the full lifecycle of fire alarm projects from planning through to handover
● Oversee subcontractors and engineers to ensure works are delivered on time and to standard
● Lead site meetings and maintain strong client relationships
● Produce and manage RAMS and project documentation
● Promote health & safety best practices across all sites
● Provide financial reporting and project updates to senior management
● Work with Gent fire alarm systems and associated technologies
Requirements
● Proven experience as a Project Manager within fire alarm systems
● Strong knowledge of Gent systems (highly desirable)
● Excellent leadership and team management skills
● Strong communication and client-facing ability
● Experience managing budgets and delivering profitable projects
