About the role
Job Title: Data Cabling Engineer
Location: Northamptonshire
Rate: £180 per day
Are you a Data Cabling Engineer based near Cranford, Northamptonshire? Looking for your next short-term contract? We’re recruiting for a Data Cabling Engineer to support ongoing works on a hotel project, assisting with cable installation and termination. You’ll be working for a specialist contractor delivering structured cabling solutions on-site.
Description of contract/programme of works:
● Assisting the existing engineering team on-site
● Installation of cables throughout hotel rooms
● Pulling CAT6a cabling and terminating connections
Experience required:
● Experience working as a Data Cabling Engineer
● Experience installing and terminating CAT6a cabling
● Experience working on commercial projects such as hotels or similar environments
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
● ECS/CSCS Card
● Hand tools
● Termination tools
