Residential Support Worker

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals for the position of Children's Support Worker. If you have a passion for caring for vulnerable children and young people and you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you:

Key Requirements:

• Driving License: Full UK driving licence required
• Eligibility: Right to work in the UK
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months paid childcare experience in the UK
• Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Experience working with children & young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviour
• Ongoing development and training provided
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication, clear and effective communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide care and support to vulnerable children & young people
• Handle emotional and behavioural difficulties with empathy and understanding
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the children & young people under your care
• Maintain open communication with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders
