Role: Cover Supervisor (Full-Time/Flexible)

Location: Sutton Coldfield & Surrounding Areas

Salary: £90 - £120 Per Day

Contract: Fixed Term

No two days are the same in a secondary school, and we need a Cover Supervisor who thrives on variety. Whether you're overseeing a Science practical, a History debate, or a Maths workshop, you are the steady hand that ensures learning continues seamlessly when the regular teacher is away.

This is an ideal role for graduates seeking school experience, retired professionals, or anyone looking for a rewarding role without the "take-home" work of planning and marking.

• Supervise: Deliver pre-set work left by the class teacher and ensure students stay on task.

• Manage: Maintain a positive learning environment and manage student behaviour according to school policy.

• Support: Assist students with their work and answer any general questions they have.

• Report: Provide brief feedback for the returning teacher on student progress and behaviour.
