Passionate about Education - Committed to helping every child thrive academically, socially, and emotionally
A Strong Communicator - Communicates clearly with pupils, staff, and parents, and provides constructive, meaningful feedback.
Faith-Inspired - Willing and able to actively support and uphold the Catholic ethos of the school, embedding Gospel values into everyday learning.
Collaborative - Works well as part of a team and builds strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
