Managing Director - Property Investment Brokerage, South East

Our client is an established property investment brokerage with an excellent Trustpilot rating, a London-based sales team, and a strong infrastructure already in place. They’re looking for a high calibre Managing Director, to manage the entire day to day operations and to grow and develop their property investment business. The business is currently generating £850,000+ in monthly transaction volume from 500+ inbound enquiries a month, and forms part of a Dubai-based group that structures and develops investment products directly with developers, Build-to-Rent operators, and social housing providers. The role is to build on an existing, already-performing platform — not create one from scratch. Their Products

• Exclusive and non-exclusive off-plan and completed buy-to-let properties
• SSH (Specialist Supported Housing) opportunities
• Unique, exclusive property-related fixed-term investment products — structured, property-backed, and asset-linked; not loan notes or property bonds

The Role The Managing Director will take full responsibility for:

• Scaling monthly transaction volume from £850k to £2m+ over the next 12 months
• Recruiting, building, and leading the sales team
• Managing the sales, marketing and support team functions
• Improving performance, structure, and accountability across the operation
• Embedding the full product range — buy-to-let, SSH, and structured investment products — into the sales process
• Leveraging group structure and partner relationships to enhance the product offering
• Leading from the front as the public face of the business — credibility, authority, and presence in investor communications
• Driving continued innovation alongside the marketing team on lead generation, investor engagement, and product positioning
• Owning P&L, budgets, marketing strategy, sales strategy, and overall commercial performance

This is a hands-on leadership role with immediate impact expected from day one.  What Success Looks Like First 90 Days — Immediate Impact & Commercial Alignment

• Take control of sales performance, pipeline, and product mix
• Begin recruitment of additional consultants
• Drive immediate uplift in conversion and output
• Fully integrate the new structured product into the sales process

3–6 Months — Structure & Acceleration

• Continue recruitment and onboarding
• Strengthen performance management and accountability
• Embed product strategy across the team
• Introduce a webinar and presentation-led sales approach

6–12 Months — Scale & Delivery

• Scale the team toward 7+ sales consultants
• Achieve £2m+ monthly transactions
• Establish a high-performing, commercially focused culture
• Ensure a balanced, profitable product mix — profitability prioritised alongside volume

• Currently holding a senior position — Sales Director or equivalent
• Property investment consultancy background or alternative investments essential
• Track record of leading a team and running an operation
• Demonstrable history of delivering and exceeding targets
• Proven experience building high-performing sales teams

Our client if offering a lucrative package including a basic salary circa £80,000 - £100,000 plus realistic OTE £200,000 plus Equity. The role is currently hybrid/client facing with some time based in the office. You should ideally be Southeast based with the ability to travel to London as required.
