Branch Manager and Valuer

Our client is an extremely successful, independent Estate Agent in Crosby who is currently recruiting for a Manager/Valuer to join their team! This is a fast-paced role where you will be given the opportunity to develop new business and grow the property sales department. Duties of the role will include:

• Generating new business using the database, canvassing material and networking events
• Conducting Market Appraisals and instructing new listings to the market
• Taking photographs and producing floorplans
• Marketing properties across various portals to ensure maximum exposure
• Negotiating sales, liaising with vendors and buyers
• Nurturing your own pipeline of potential sellers/new property listings
• Meeting & exceeding sales targets set by management
• Managing the sales department and team of negotiators

Our client is offering a basic salary £30,000 - £35,000 plus a lucrative bonus/commission scheme with a realistic OTE in the region of £50,000.
