Senior Lettings and Business Development Agent

Our client is an award-winning independent property company with an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality property solutions. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Lettings & Business Development Agent to join their dynamic team in Liverpool city centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded property professional who is passionate about the industry and keen to play an active role in expanding a growing property portfolio. The Role Working closely with the Director, you will be responsible for identifying new property opportunities, managing enquiries, conducting viewings, and building strong relationships with landlords, investors, and commercial partners. The role will also involve exploring opportunities across short-term stays, serviced accommodation, and commercial partnerships, while gaining valuable exposure to property development, investment, and operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source new property opportunities in line with company growth plans
• Generate new business leads and maintain an active pipeline
• Conduct initial property assessments and monitor local market trends
• Manage incoming enquiries and act as the first point of contact for clients and partners
• Arrange and conduct property viewings and follow up to maximise conversions
• Build and maintain relationships with agents, landlords, investors, and partners
• Develop partnerships for short-term stays, serviced accommodation, and commercial use
• Support the Director with negotiations and deal progression
• Assist with financial appraisals and feasibility assessments
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, and partnerships
• Provide general support to wider operational activities as required
• Attend Networking Events

  Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence managing enquiries and conducting property viewings. They will be organised, proactive, and commercially aware, with a genuine interest in the property sector and good IT skills. Experience within property, lettings, sales, or hospitality is desirable, along with an understanding of the UK property market. The Package Our client is offering a generous salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience plus bonus as well as fantastic opportunities for progression. Working hours are full-time Monday – Friday with a willingness and flexibility to work evenings and weekends when the business requires.
