Business Development Manager

Our client is a highly successful conveyancing organisation with ambitious growth plans for the future. They are now seeking a high-calibre Business Development Manager to join their dynamic sales team. This role will involve sourcing and developing relationships with estate agency partners, supporting them in promoting and selling the company’s services to their customers. You will play a pivotal role in the sales process, ensuring clients receive an exceptional level of service during what can be a stressful stage of the property transaction. You will be responsible for converting leads into new business, as well as managing and nurturing relationships with panel agents—keeping them fully informed of progress and consistently delivering an excellent service. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role with daily deadlines and a large sales pipeline to manage. The successful candidate will be an effective multitasker, comfortable handling high volumes of clients while maintaining outstanding service standards under pressure. There is clear progression available, with opportunities to move into either face-to-face account management or an office management role leading a team of Business Development Managers. Our client is offering a highly competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 plus commission OTE £45,000 - £60,000. To be based either in their Liverpool or Hale office.
