Architectural Technologist

A leading property firm is looking for an Architectural Technologist as part of a new architectural department based in the heart of Liverpool. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile projects for top-tier clients while developing your technical expertise and growing your career in a supportive, collaborative team. The Role You will:

• Produce accurate technical drawings and models using Revit, BIM, and AutoCAD
• Prepare planning application details
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and assist with PDBR compliance
• Manage tender and construction issue drawings and BIM models
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and surveyors
• Prepare specifications using NBS/AFL

What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with BIM experience
• Good knowledge of building regulations and the tender process
• Proactive, self-motivated team player with a solutions-focused approach
