Commercial Property Management Agent (lettings)

An exceptional opportunity has become available within a leading Manchester based firm of Independent Chartered Surveyors to join the team as a Commercial Property Management Agent. Having an enviable reputation within the market for providing a professional and personal service across commercial property, this practice has an established and loyal client base throughout the North West. This position will be suited to a Commercial Property Graduate who has experience within Property, or an individual who has been working within commercial property lettings already and has a passion to develop and focus their property career in this area. If desired, this role can also offer the successful individual full APC support to become MRICS. As the successful Commercial Property Management Agent, your role will include,

• Managing the lettings of a mixed commercial property management portfolio across the North West.
• Property Inspections upon instruction and outgoing tenant inspections.
• Measuring properties for floorplans.
• Property Compliance
• Client liaison, informing clients of suggested works required.
• Organising and conducting viewings.
• Negotiating and collating offers to present to clients.
• Producing various documents such as tenancy agreements.
• Seeking to maximise the rent roll of managed properties through proactive portfolio management and marketing.

As the successful Commercial Property Management Agent, you will have/be

• Previous experience in a commercial property position/RICS Commercial Property related degree.
• A strong communicator, someone who finds it easy to build rapport, and it goes without saying that you will have a real passion for commercial property lettings.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness’ to travel within your North West based portfolio.

In return, my client is offering a salary of c£28,000+ inclusive of car allowance, plus APC support if desired to become MRICS.
