Senior Residential Valuer

An extremely successful, independent Estate Agent on the Wirral is currently seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join the company. You will be responsible for listing a range of local properties and ensuring that customers always receive an excellent level of service. You will be expected to self-generate business in a proactive and tenacious manner whilst ensuring compliance procedures are followed to the highest possible standard. We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following skills and attributes:

• Valuations experience with a proven track record in taking on new instructions or an experienced negotiator looking to progress to the next stage of their career
• A thorough knowledge of the property industry
• Local knowledge of the Wirral
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure, experience within a target driven role
• Confident, professional and well presented
• Enthusiastic and highly driven
• Ambitious and career minded
• Team player, honest and personable

As a Valuer, you will be driven to convert instructions targets and KPI’s. You will proactively contact prospective clients to arrange property valuations, along with upselling a range of additional services to your clients. You will also be involved in the initial marketing process and working with the sales team to progress the property through to completion. This is an extremely busy role where you will be challenged every day, and you will have an opportunity to make a real difference to the success of the company. Our client is offering a basic salary of up to £45,000 plus a lucrative bonus/commission scheme with an OTE of £60,000.
