Valuation Surveyor - Associate Director

This practice has a strong presence within the UK property market and have built their business on providing a quality service, which has, in turn, resulted in an extremely loyal client base. This Associate Director position is an ideal opportunity for an individual looking for the next step in their career with a Valuation role offering greater responsibility and autonomy. You will be an integral part of this successful department, taking a senior position within the North West Valuation team. You will be able to use your existing market success, tenacity, valued experience, and knowledge to support the Directors on helping shape the future of the department. You will be given autonomy to manage you own client relationships successfully, providing tailored valuation reports to suit your individual clients’ needs in commercial property. With a passion for providing quality valuations, you will carry out property inspections, prepare reports of a high calibre and to clients’ timescales, with a focus on combining your valuation experience and local knowledge to achieve a first-class service. As the successful Associate Director within Valuation, you will be MRICS and a Registered Valuer. You will have excellent report writing skills, a strong commercial awareness, and be detail orientated, and will be passionate and ambitious about your career. In return, this firm can offer a negotiable package (up to c£65 doe + car allowance and bonus), which can be discussed on application.
