Graduate Valuation Surveyor

Having an enviable reputation within the property sector, this practice has an established and loyal client base throughout the UK, ranging from large scale prestigious portfolios for key organisations as well as smaller companies and individuals with single assets. An exceptional opportunity has become available for a RICS Real Estate Graduate to join the team as a Graduate Valuation Surveyor. This role is suited to a graduate surveyor who has already begun the process to work towards the APC, ideally with Valuation experience, or to a graduate who has recently completed their RICS degree, and has a passion for specialising within Valuation, again, ideally with some work experience/internship etc within Commercial Property. This role truly gives the individual terrific exposure to work with an exciting portfolio of diverse clients, working on a wide range of valuations, coupled with full APC support to become MRICS. With a supportive team around you, your role as Graduate Valuation Surveyor will include,

• Preparing property valuations for commercial and residential properties
• Attending property inspections alongside senior colleagues, gathering necessary data
• Conducting research on the local property market, gathering information and comparable evidence
• Preparing and assisting in compiling valuation reports
• Participating in training sessions and workshops to support your growth

  As the successful Graduate Valuation Surveyor, you will have/be,

• RICS Real Estate Management degree or similar
• Work experience/Internship within commercial property
• Ideally have begun to work towards the APC (not essential)
• Strong drive for results
• Passion for building your career within Valuation
• IT literate including competence in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Personable and presentable.
