Residential Valuation Surveyor

Are you an AssocRICS/MRICS Residential Valuation Surveyor who perhaps is feeling undervalued in your current firm? Due to an increase in workload within the region, my client, who is a privately owned residential specialist, is looking to recruit an AssocRICS/MRICS Residential Valuation Surveyor to join the team, so this could be the change of scenery you’ve been thinking about. Forming part of the North West regional group you will be required to undertake valuations (L2 and L3 surveys) on a wide variety of residential property within the Merseyside area, achieving 6 points per day. Having a methodical and professional approach you will assist clients with an emphasis on quality, whilst building rapport and maintaining professionalism at every appointment. Being home based you will enjoy the autonomy this role can offer, and you will find it easy to run your own day successfully ensuring all appointments are attended and reports completed to set timescales. This role will suit a residential valuation surveyor living in any Lpostcode area or WA9,10,11/PR8,9 due to the geographical location of the portfolio. To be considered for this position you will need to be an AssocRICS/MRICS Residential Valuation Surveyor and be a registered valuer. With recent experience in a similar position, you will be passionate about the residential sector, and will hold a valid UK driving licence. In return, my client is offering a basic salary up to £65,000 doe plus car allowance, and % share of monthly fees.
