On Site PRS Property Manager

Our client is a highly successful PRS operator, with a reputation for luxury living and 5-star customer service. They have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated front of house, Property and Lettings manger, based in their prestigious apartment building in Stockport.

Within this front of house role, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all tenants, managing the reception desk and dealing with all tenant queries in person, also by phone and email.

Working collaboratively with the lettings and property management teams as front of house property manager, you will ensure that the best possible service is given to all on site teams, dealing with letting enquiries, viewings, setting up contracts, property management and liaising with contractors, health and safety checks, rental collections, and all other related customer service duties.

We are looking for a professional and energetic property manager, to ensure that the site runs smoothly and tenants are given a 5-star service at all times.

Our client is offering a generous salary of £30,000 - £35,000 plus £5000 bonus, plus lots of other perks and rewards. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, either 8.30-5pm or 9-5.30pm.
