Property Sales/Business Development

Our client is an extremely successful, independent Estate Agent and they are currently seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join the company within a sales and business development role, within their highly successful office based on the Wirral. This is a fast-paced role where you will be given the opportunity to work with a fantastic team, targeting potential vendors for new instructions and selling properties, working on the sale from start to finish. Duties of the role will include:

• Generating new business for new instruction
• Marketing properties across various portals to ensure maximum exposure
• Keeping vendors up to date on the marketing of their properties
• Taking enquiries via phone, email and in person
• Organising and carrying out property viewings
• Negotiating sales, liaising with vendors and buyers
• Nurturing your own pipeline of potential sellers/new property listings
• Upselling a range of additional services
• Meeting & exceeding sales targets set by management
