Estate Agency Sales Manager

An extremely successful, independent Estate Agent in South Liverpool is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join the company! You will be responsible for running their busy South Liverpool office assisting the Area Manager on a day-to-day basis, whilst also ensuring that customers always receive an excellent level of service. You will lead from the front and manage a large team of experienced sales professionals ensuring that the branch runs smoothly and efficiently each day. You will assist the Area Manager in conducting morning meetings in his absence, conduct monthly one to ones with each team member and report back, track and report weekly/monthly figures. You will also be expected to attend monthly managers meetings and ensure the branch exceeds target, whilst also ensuring compliance procedures are followed to the highest possible standard. We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following skills and attributes:

• A thorough knowledge of the property industry
• At least 1 years’ experience in a managerial position
• Ideally with valuations experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure, experience within a target driven role
• Confident, professional and well presented
• Enthusiastic and highly driven
• Ambitious, tenacious and career minded
• Team player and motivator, honest and personable

Our client is offering a basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 plus a lucrative bonus/commission scheme with an OTE in the region of £40,000.
