Territory Manager (Lettings and Property Management) - Bolton

Our client is an impressive property management company, with a fast-growing network of properties, expanding across the UK. Due to business growth, they now have an opportunity for a territory manager, to manage their designated portfolio of properties within a localised patch, based in the Bolton area. The role will be home based, with regular travel to your property development locations, which you will be responsible for managing, day to day. A company car will be provided for carrying out appointments (so you must hold a valid UK licence). The job will include:

• Conducting property viewings
• Obtaining feedback and putting offers forward to the asset management team
• Liaising with the onboarding team, for tenant references and contract set up
• Carrying out inventories.
• Meeting new tenants and conducting a move in’s
• Midterm property inspections
• Liaising with the Property Management team to ensure maintenance issues are successfully carried out
• Post-appointment admin that includes chasing feedback, agreeing deals, typing up reports, updating software and sending out relevant information while working with property managers
• Preparing a check out report at the end of a tenancy that documents the condition of the property

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.45am - 5.30pm and our client is offering a generous salary of £26,000 - £29,000, plus bonuses.
