Lettings Valuer

An extremely successful, independent Estate Agent in South Liverpool is currently seeking a professional Lettings Valuer to join the company. Due to continued success, they are looking for someone dynamic and enthusiastic who is eager to take on the responsibility of developing and growing the Lettings department. This role has huge potential for the successful candidate who will be responsible for carrying out valuations, conducting viewings, liaising with landlords/tenants throughout the process, moving in/out tenants, registering deposits all whilst ensuring compliance procedures are followed to the highest possible standard. You will be responsible for listing a range of local properties and ensuring that customers always receive an excellent level of service. You will be expected to self-generate business in a proactive and tenacious manner. We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following skills and attributes:

• Valuations experience with a proven track record in taking on new instructions or an experienced negotiator looking to progress to the next stage of their career
• A thorough knowledge of the property industry
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure, experience within a target driven role
• Confident, professional and well presented
• Enthusiastic and highly driven
• Ambitious and career minded
• Team player, honest and personable

Our client is offering a basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000 plus a lucrative bonus/commission scheme with an OTE of £40,000 - £45,000.
