Client- Side Asset Management Surveyor - (Director/Head of Department)

I am keen to speak to MRICS Associate Director/Director/Head of Department Asset Management Surveyors in the North West about an exceptionally rare client side opportunity.

In terms of the role itself it is an exciting time to join this company as my client has strong growth plans for 2022 and beyond and is looking for an exceptional Surveyor to become an integral part of the senior team, and to take the lead in helping grow this specialist area. Responsibilities within this Lead Asset Management position will include maintaining successful tenant relationships, building a robust demand pipeline, the letting of vacant units, report writing, preparing terms and licences, and in-house leases, and being responsible for lease negotiations, all the time keeping a strong continued focus on improving the portfolio, and developing a clear commercial strategy.

Your confident communication skills will enable you to successfully negotiate when structuring deals, with the natural ability to think “outside the box” when presenting the opportunity to potential clients. Although predominately based in the North West there will be UK travel within the role, and my client offer flexibility/hybrid working.

Salary and package are highly negotiable depending on experience, with a basic salary c70-90k plus car allowance, bonus, and an exceptional benefits package.
