Business Development Executive

A highly reputable Commercial Property firm in the North West is looking for an experienced Property Business Development Executive to join their successful sales team.

If you are results driven, self-motivated, and have experience in a telephone-based sales environment, this opportunity is not to be missed! It would also be useful to have previously worked within the Property Sector.

Our client is a well-respected firm in the North West and due to their success and expansion is looking to grow the team with the recruitment of an experienced Business Development Executive.

They are looking for an exceptional communicator, someone who finds it easy to build rapport with individuals and develop relationships. You should be confident liaising over the phone, whilst maintaining superior levels of customer service always, and as this position is not scripted you must be able to tailor each conversation to suit a diversity of client.

Working closely with the organisations field based team you will be responsible for ensuring a continued flow of new business opportunities with your role including initial fact finding, follow up calls with directors, arranging new business meetings, and if the opportunity arises, to close deals over the phone, with each call looking to progress the relationship.

With a focus on delivering new business and a strong commercial focus you will use your superior skills in negotiation and rapport building to help secure new opportunities and develop a robust pipeline of possibilities.
Basic salary is up to £30k DOE plus bonus.
