Off Plan Property Sales Consultant - Hybrid/home based

Our client is a dynamic off plan property investment sales organisation with ambitious growth plans over the next 12 months. With a unique set up and the opportunity to sell investment properties based in both the UK and Dubai, they now have opportunities for high calibre sales executives to join their thriving business. The role will be hybrid/home based with the expectation of meeting in either Manchester, Birmingham or London once a week. Within this Property Investment Sales role, you will be responsible for consultative sales, selling UK and Dubai based off plan property investments to clients both in the UK and globally. We are looking for highly intelligent candidates who are able to adapt their sales pitch to suit a multitude of clients, cultures and language barriers. You should be an exceptional relationship builder with a genuine interest within investments, property and current affairs. We are seeking highly professional sales consultants, confident in generating new business and able to offer a superior service to market competitors. This is a fast paced, target driven role and we are looking for high achievers who can succeed within a highly competitive investment sales market. Offering a basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 DOE, together with a lucrative commission structure £120,000 OTE plus additional rewards, incentives and career progression opportunities.
