Director/Senior MRICS Building Surveyor

Our client is an established multi-disciplinary chartered surveyor practice, with a reputation for high quality service delivery. Due to internal business growth, they have an opportunity for an MRICS Building Surveyor/Associate Director to join their expanding BS team, working for a portfolio of market leading commercial clients.   Although we are looking for a Building Surveyor with an all-around commercial knowledge, the role will primarily focus on dilapidations work. The department is already extremely busy, and there is huge potential for further development so this position would suit a highly motivated Building Surveyor/Associate who is looking for a long-term and progressive career move, within a prestigious business which rewards and values the achievements of their staff. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who can confidently develop key client relationships, a client lead building surveyor who is commercially focussed and a strong networker. We will consider candidates from experienced up to Director Level. The role is based in Liverpool however will involve some travel to clients located throughout the UK., To be considered for this opportunity, you will already be a Chartered Building Surveyor, have a degree in building surveying and have a proven track record in Dilapidation’s work.
