Auctions Property Lister

We are currently working with a prestigious property sales organisation, who have grown to be a market leader across the North-West. Due to expansion within the group, they have an opportunity for a high calibre property lister, to support the growth of their Auctions division in Liverpool.

The purpose of the role is to win new auctions business from the north west, establishing and developing long term relationships to work together to develop the auctions department. You will be provided with leads but also be comfortable in generating new valuation business agents as well as presenting the proposed auctions strategy to clients.

We are looking for a highly motivated, sales driven candidate, who has demonstrated success within a property listing environment, along with a proven record at sourcing and wining new business.

Whilst the role is office based in Liverpool, the job will require you to travel daily around the northwest, with 50% of your day being spent out of the office, conducting auction valuations.

Salary will be circa £24,000k - £30,000k basic, plus commission OTE £45,000k.
